RETURNS: Any authorized returns with a RMA number are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and all prior-shipping costs will not be refunded.

PREORDERS: All Preorder deposits for kits or complete airframes are NON REFUNDABLE

DELIVERY TIMES: We will be shipping "In Stock" orders on Mondays and Thursdays pending holidays.  Items, including shipping, must be paid in full prior to shipment.

SHIPPING TERMS:  We will be utilizing UPS and the USPS for all shipping purposes.  We Deal in Continental US shipping.  All other shipping locations will need prior approval before we take payment from a customer.

SHIPPING PRICES: Shipping charges will be determined at the time of sale.  We will do our best to find the least expensive route for our products to get to the customer.  If the customer desires any changes to Aerotech's standard shipping procedures, they (the customer) will pay for this shipping in full and directly to the requested shipping provider.
